Take your own bikes for the surrounding trails. renting can add up quickly, especially for families. The site offers great outdoor spaces for children.

Nice place with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness centre, and game room. The staff even returned my forgotten earphones during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the bar lounge area. I'm coming back for a new year.

we had an amazing time in epiniac, much better than our first visit here. the indoor pool had various fun activities for the kids, and the wooden cottage was cozy with a lovely garden area. we loved grabbing fresh bread from the on-site shop every morning.

Unexpected challenges and surprises

The sub-tropical swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids, filled with fun slides and an inviting atmosphere. Each day was an adventure waiting to unfold.

Our experience took a nosedive due to the lack of flexibility in staff policies. We felt unnoticed and unsupported, particularly during our breakfast mishaps.

The dated accommodations certainly need some updates!!! Cleanliness could improve as shower blocks appeared neglected!!! More dining options would enhance the experience significantly!!! Wifi connectivity showed frustrating issues throughout the stay!!!

The hostile attitude of staff, especially during breakfast, greatly affected our experience, including being wrongfully separated from other families. Inconvenient policies limited our supplies to just two paper cups and minimal coffee sachets for our entire stay. Despite enjoying the cozy ambiance, the management's dismissal of our complaints left us disappointed and with a negative overall impression.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was such a fantastic atmosphere and the hotel's proximity to stunning parks like Parc de La Higourdais just under 3 km away made our city strolls even more enjoyable.

The indoor pool area is spacious and seemingly popular with families, perfect for those who love to take a dip. The onsite supermarket is well-stocked and offers fresh bread and croissants daily, making it convenient for breakfast without having to venture off-site.

The accommodations can come off as dated, lacking the modern touch expected from a resort experience. Some facilities like the children's play area seem to have maintenance issues, leading to safety concerns that could impact family enjoyment. while the dining options include a pizzeria, the menus can feel limited especially for those with specific dietary preferences. Long wait times for food service are also reported, further complicating the dining experience.

We had a blast exploring all the cool activities at the site, especially the zip-lining and the pedalos, which kept the kids giggling all day! The indoor pool was fantastic for unwinding after our adventures, and the sun terrace offered a nice spot to relax while keeping an eye on the kids. The only slight drawback was the pillows which could've been a bit more comfortable, but it didn't ruin our fun! 🌞
